Authors, publishers, and selling partners shall be responsible for adhering to the below content policy and guidelines. The authors, publishers, and selling partners represent and warrant that content provided by he/she/they is:

i) original and not copied from any other person’s work (previously published or unpublished)

ii) does not violate laws or copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights and complies with applicable laws in any country from which it is posted or otherwise accessible

iii) does not promote hate speech, the abuse or sexual exploitation of children, does not contain pornography, nor glorify rape or paedophilia or does not advocate terrorism, or other material we deem inappropriate or offensive

iv) does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable v) does not contain any unlawful matter; does not contain any libellous matter or unlawful material or explicit material depicting illegal acts or deemed to be exploitative vi) does not promote hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity;

vii) does not include malicious code, which includes, without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information.
